If Galen’s books are closed, you will be added to the waitlist.
Galen will require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Predrawn designs - Galen requires a $100 deposit. It will subtract out of the total cost after your last session.
Customs - Galen requires a $200 deposit. Half is a drawing fee, and half will secure your date and subtract out of your last session.
Galen will allow one reschedule per deposit. Deposit will be forfeited and another one will be required after one reschedule. Canceling your appointment will forfeit your deposit.
Clients may not change their idea, or add onto their idea after deposit is sent.
